Role Overview
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing client relationship to a client or clients through relationships with senior managers in the client organization and growing revenues by leveraging the full IQVIA offerings and identifying new business opportunities.
What You Will Do
Understand client priorities, act as advisor on marketing, market research, sales management, industry issues, trends and IQVIA product capabilities, anticipate client needs, and develop proposed solutions to client’s complex business issues.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will identify and lead the pursuit of new business and contract expansion opportunities, represent the company to the client and the client to the company, and effectively manage renewals and subscriptions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of prior relevant sales or account management experience
- Bachelor degree is required, Postgraduate Degree is a nice to have
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Effective negotiation skills
