As an offshore member of the US brand team, the Product Manager will partner closely with brand and cross functional team members to enable effective execution of commercial brand plans. Operate as the on-the-ground product collaborator in Amgen India (AIN) who coordinates delivery, surfaces actionable insights and ensures outputs meet brand priorities, quality and compliance standards, with a strong focus on omnichannel campaign execution and optimization across digital and CRM touchpoints.
Requirements
- BS/BTech (CS/IT), MBA Marketing from reputed institutes.
- 8-13 Years of overall experience in omnichannel marketing execution or campaign operations in a regulated environment.
- 3–5 years in commercial marketing for US pharma brands, including brand execution, marketing operations or campaign management.
- Strong stakeholder communication, project coordination and vendor management skills.
- Comfortable working with centralized/offshore delivery teams and practical familiarity with marketing platforms and analytics tools.
- Demonstrated interest in adopting emerging AI‐enabled productivity or content tools to improve speed, reuse, and self‐service execution within marketing teams.
