Project Manager – Scientific Communications & Digital Operations

The Project Manager, Scientific Communications & Digital Operations will manage timelines, processes, and systems supporting the development and dissemination of scientific and medical content, including publications, congress deliverables, and digital resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, communications, or business-related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management within medical affairs, scientific communications, or a related function in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting publication planning and submissions to journals and scientific congresses.
  • Strong understanding of scientific and medical communication processes, including familiarity with GPP and ICMJE guidelines.
  • Experience managing SharePoint or other content management systems (Veeva Vault, PubSTRAT, iEnvision, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving projects to completion with attention to detail and process rigor.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Excel) and standard Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity with digital strategy or digital operations in a medical or scientific context preferred.
  • PMP or similar project management certification a plus.
