Senior Financial Analyst, Deal Desk (Strategic Finance)

Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will join the Deal Desk team within Strategic Finance to manage commercial agreements, track revenue adjustments, and improve financial forecasting models. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, attention to detail, and ability to reconcile data across sources.

What You Will Do

The Senior Financial Analyst will own and manage the company’s complex financial files, design deal desk incentives, analyze and improve the efficacy of deal desk, and work cross-functionally to address data requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Finance or related field)
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, previous experience in corporate development, accounting, investment banking, strategy, a finance development program, deal desk, or consulting a plus
• Extremely proficient in Excel / Google Sheets with strong modeling skills and attention to detail
• Highly organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities across multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• Understanding of accounting/financial statements and experience in valuation a plus
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Strong business judgment and desire to learn about underlying business
• Understand complex data with the ability to present in a way that is easy to understand, including data visualization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as attention to detail
• Experience with Tableau, Salesforce, Looker, or other comparable data visualization tools
