Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to take ownership of several major customer accounts. The role requires developing a deep understanding of customer needs and positioning Lightmatter’s solutions to meet them.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, build and maintain trusted-advisor relationships, apply a deep understanding of customer pain points, and lead negotiations and close complex deals.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in the semiconductor or datacenter industry
- 5 years in direct sales or strategic account management
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
- Strong working knowledge of datacenter infrastructure (CPU, GPU, networking)
- Ability to drive complex sales processes and close greenfield opportunities
