Role Overview
Join LinkedIn’s GTM Enablement Operations team as a Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement Consultant and help customer-facing teams succeed. In this pivotal role, you will work with teams supporting Sales Development, external Vendor Operations, and Deal Desk to deliver scalable enablement programmes with visible business impact.
What You Will Do
As a GTM Enablement Consultant, you will develop a practical understanding of the GTM Operations organisation’s strategy, goals, processes, and performance measures. You will use qualitative and quantitative data to identify enablement needs, recommend solutions, and support change-management plans that strengthen skills and simplify work.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning and development, change management, performance consulting, GTM operations, or a related field
- Experience supporting customer-facing, sales, or go-to-market teams in a SaaS or technology environment
- Experience in learning design, facilitation, or change-management practices
- Experience in Articulate Rise, Storyline and video editing tools (e.g. Camtasia)
- Ability to use data and feedback to identify needs, track outcomes, and communicate insights
- Experience managing projects or workstreams with multiple stakeholders
