We’re looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to help our clients achieve success with Sales Navigator, our flagship product. As a trusted client partner, you’ll work with internal sales teams to deliver customer education, manage projects, and foster internal and external professional relationships.
Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in customer success, sales, account management or consulting
- Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent organisation, project management and time management skills
- Ability to effectively present to large audiences
- Software, technology pre-sales, solution sales and sales effectiveness experience
- Ambitious and driven, thriving in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Teamwork mentality and willingness to assist wherever needed
- Strong Microsoft Office capabilities: PowerPoint, Excel and Word
