Role Overview
The Head of Customer Success is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth within a startup company. This position involves developing and executing strategies to drive customer success, managing a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance the overall customer experience.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute a comprehensive customer success strategy, train and manage a team of CSMs, build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, and ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, Technical Sales, or a related role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute customer success initiatives
- Familiarity with customer success software and tools
- Empathy and a customer-centric mindset
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
