The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team to exceed targets, ensuring proper execution of the guest engagement model, and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction. The role requires a holistic approach to business operations and the ability to develop and execute comprehensive business plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, design, retail management, sales, merchandising, or related field
• 5 years’ experience in direct customer interactive environment
• 3 years of management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
