What You Will Do

As a Business Development Senior Manager, you’ll play a leading role in identifying, securing and growing strategic partnerships, helping us scale our Embedded Finance proposition across new sectors and customer segments. You’ll take partnerships from opportunity through to launch and commercial success, supporting commercial negotiations, onboarding activities and ongoing relationship development.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in sales, business development and merchant acquisition, with experience across transport or adjacent sectors welcomed.
• 5+ years’ experience building and managing senior stakeholder and partner relationships in a commercial environment.
• Proven experience acquiring, growing and managing commercial partnerships that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Experience developing commercial propositions, bids, partnership opportunities or go-to-market strategies.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, influence decisions and drive growth.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
