Role Overview

We are seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to join our Marketing team. This is a high-impact, highly visible role for a seasoned digital marketing leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and innovation.

What You Will Do

Manage agency relationships, large media budgets, and digital marketing ecosystem. Lead paid media strategy, website rebuild, and AI, AEO, and GEO capabilities. Act as a player-coach to junior team members and collaborate cross-functionally with content, creative, sales channel, and retention marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of progressive digital marketing experience
  • Proven experience managing agency relationships and large paid media budgets
  • Hands-on experience with AEO and GEO strategies
  • Proficiency with AI marketing tools
  • Experience serving as an internal business owner on large-scale digital projects
  • Proven experience leading CRO programs and structured experimentation frameworks
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in regulated financial services industries preferred; reverse mortgage or senior-focused marketing a plus
