Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Role Overview

Join Lonza’s Digital, Data & AI team to help transform complex business data into actionable insights. This is an office-first role with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions. Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate requirements into scalable BI solutions.

Requirements

• Experience delivering business intelligence, analytics, or data-driven solutions in a corporate environment
• Strong expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard development
• Strong SQL skills with experience working with relational and dimensional data models
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, ETL processes, and large-scale datasets
• Knowledge of modern web technologies and frameworks, such as JavaScript and contemporary front-end development practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline; relevant certifications in Power BI, data engineering, or analytics are advantageous
