Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate, Finance or Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a financial analysis environment
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to build, modify, and manage underwriting and valuation models
- Previous Seniors Housing Industry experience preferred
