Role Overview

We are seeking motivated Business Development Representatives to join our team. This is a high-volume communication role focused on engaging homeowners, managing appointments, and supporting our sales team through consistent scheduling and follow-up.

What You Will Do

Spend most of your day speaking with homeowners to confirm or reschedule existing appointments, schedule new appointments for the sales team, and track all interactions and update CRM records accurately.

Benefits

  • $20/hour base pay
  • $55,000–$75,000 total annual earnings (base + commission)
