Customer Operations Analyst – Canada

Role Overview

Lyfegen is a global leader in drug access and rebate management, and we’re looking for a Customer Operations Analyst to play a key role in shaping our solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for executing data analytics projects, managing our rebate management service for our Canadian Pharma and Healthcare Payer customers, and working together with our Product and Tech teams as subject matter expert on Canadian drug rebate management.

What You Will Do

Manage the end-to-end operative rebate management process for our Canadian customers, execute and support data analysis projects, communicate effectively with clients and external stakeholders, and contribute to the internal knowledge base with solutions and best practices.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in customer operations, data analysis or business analysis – preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Experience with drug reimbursement processes and drug pricing is highly desirable.
• Experience identifying process inefficiencies and driving automation or tooling improvements, not just executing defined processes.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills in English (French is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
