Marketing Analytics Lead

We are looking to hire a Marketing Analytics Lead to join our Marketing Analytics team at Lyft in Toronto, Canada. The role involves supporting the Product Marketing team with strategic analysis and measuring campaign impact, and requires a background in strategic analysis and prior experience leveraging data and insights to develop strategy, measuring marketing campaign performance, and connecting marketing & product work to business impact.

Requirements

  • Degree (or related work experience) with a focus in analytics, statistics, economics, marketing, or other quantitative fields
  • 3+ years of experience in a data analytics role, specifically within marketing or a related field
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Experience in Experimentation and A/B testing
  • Experience in Marketing Models like Multi-Media Modeling / Attribution Modeling
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and modeling
  • Proficiency in a data visualization tool like Tableau, Looker, or similar
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis
