Lyra Health is seeking an experienced Health Systems Business Development Manager to help inspire senior executives to prioritize mental health and grow partnerships with health systems. The role will involve prospecting new business, educating partner leadership, and negotiating with medical directors and administrators. The ideal candidate will have a background in business development, healthcare sales, and consulting, with experience in sales, business development, consulting, or comparable roles, and a passion for mental health.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in sales, business development, consulting, or comparable roles
- Experience selling directly to health systems or working as a consultant with health systems is preferred
- Tenacious and persistent
- Skilled negotiator on business terms of a contract
- Interested to better understand the workings of the US healthcare system
- Passion for mental health
- Intellectually curious
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Quantitative with a love of diving into numbers to identify insights
