Director of Business Development

Role Overview

The Director of Business Development leads the growth and management of key strategic partner accounts, expanding relationships across new markets and territories. This role collaborates closely with executive leadership to evaluate prospective partners, assess market trends, and drive overall growth strategy.

What You Will Do

Achieve annual sales and revenue targets through strategic partnerships within the clinical research and trial services space. Expand existing sponsor and CRO relationships by identifying new study opportunities, therapeutic areas, and geographic growth markets.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated strength in consultative selling, communication, and executive-level presentations
  • Proven track record of client retention and long-term account growth
  • Ability to effectively manage complex client relationships and challenging financial scenarios
