Role Overview
Lead the local Sales Operations team in Parma, Italy, and play a key role in the global SAP/MORE rollout. Shape new digital sales processes, drive operational improvements, and support a business serving 450 distributors across EMEA and selected global markets.
What You Will Do
Ensure efficient execution and continuous improvement of sales processes, drive the implementation and optimization of digital sales operations, and support sales planning and performance through reliable reporting.

Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Economics, or a related field
- Several years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service, Order Management, or a comparable commercial function
- Proven experience in leading, coaching, and developing a team
- Good understanding of sales processes, including order management, pricing, forecasting, and reporting
- Experience in project and change management, ideally related to system implementation, transformation, or digitalization projects
- Experience with ERP and sales-related systems; knowledge of SAP and CRM solutions is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a structured, hands-on approach and good communication skills
- Very good Italian and English skills are required; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage
