The position is responsible for meeting store sales and income budget expectations, creating a positive environment for beneficiaries, and implementing effective work therapy assignments.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one-year previous retail experience and supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, store employees, customers, and donors
