Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly driven outbound sales professional to help fuel Manatal’s growth. Your mission is simple: Generate qualified meetings with recruitment agencies through modern outbound prospecting.
What You Will Do
Execute high-volume outbound prospecting activities through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, voice notes, and other channels. Identify and engage decision-makers within recruitment agencies and staffing firms that match Manatal’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in outbound sales development, business development, or prospecting-focused sales roles
- Bilingual communication in English
- Additional languages (such as Spanish) are a big plus
- Demonstrated success in a B2B sales environment
- Prior experience with software solution sales or within the recruitment industry is an advantage
- Strong cold calling, objection handling, and prospecting skills
- Proven ability to consistently exceed outbound activity and meeting generation targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience leveraging AI tools, automation, and modern sales technology in your daily workflow
- Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ChatGPT, Clay, or similar platforms
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
