Data Analyst, In-Force Management (Manager Level)

Role Overview

The Data Analyst will work on collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to uncover valuable insights that drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

What You Will Do

Develop reports and dashboards, conduct routine reviews of data, perform tests and analyze results, and create data models and algorithms to highlight gaps and capitalize on opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of and comprehensive experience with statistical methods and data analysis techniques
• Experience with business intelligence technologies (e.g. Power BI)
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python, R, etc)
• Experience with relational databases (e.g. Enterprise Data Lake)
• Expertise in data visualization and utilization of relevant tools
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, generative AI, and emerging data science technologies
• Experience evaluating and translating business opportunities into analytics, automation, or AI-driven solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
• Proven experience as a data analyst, or similar role, with a strong understanding of statistics method and data analysis and reporting techniques
