Role Overview
We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer who loves data puzzles, solves problems independently, manages multi-projects, and learns at a pace that unlocks new possibilities for customers and for Mapistry. This role owns the technical heart of onboarding, leading customer meetings, owning tracking project deliverables, and maintaining clear documentation.
What You Will Do
Own end-to-end onboarding projects, translate customer data, solve technical problems independently, run highly organized customer meetings, configure dashboards and integrations, and learn fast to apply new knowledge immediately.

Requirements
- 2+ years in a fast-paced environment (startup or consulting)
- 1+ years of client facing project management
- Experience with BI tools (Sigma, PowerBI, Tableau, Looker), SQL, and/or scripting (Python/Javascript)
