Senior Martech Analyst (Focus on SFMC)

Role Overview

The Senior Martech Analyst will lead advanced configurations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), monitor tool usage, and prioritize technical projects. They will also ensure the health of the platform, make decisions based on financial data, and lead complex technical projects.

The Senior Martech Analyst will be responsible for governance and technical architecture, stack and budget management, strategic prioritization, deliverability and health, and technical leadership and processes.

Requirements

• Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
• Mastery in automations and languages: AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS
• Strong knowledge in data modeling (Contact Builder) and integrations (APIs REST and SOAP)
• Practical experience with governance of complex accounts (multiple BUs) and deliverability configurations (dedicated IP, SAP)
