HR Consultant (Talent / Cross-border M&A)

Mercer is seeking a talented HR Consultant (Talent | Cross-border M&A) to lead and/or deliver HR system design projects, conduct benchmarking and market practices research, and participate in cross-border HR Due Diligence and HR PMI projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in HR consulting or in-house HR
• Solid experience in HR system/program design and strong analytical capability
• Demonstrated exposure to Talent/Organization topics
• Strong communication skills in Korean and English
• Ability to work confidently with overseas stakeholders
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
