Role Overview

The Sales Manager will oversee the overall operation of the Ford dealership, developing strong relationships with factories and lending institutions, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include planning facility operations, reviewing and approving compensation plans, training and supervising employees, and developing merchandising strategies.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of sales and supervisory experience, preferably in the import industry, and be able to provide positive leadership to build employee morale.

Requirements

  • 5 years in a sales and supervisory capacity
  • General management experience preferred
  • Former import experience, Ford preferred
