Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 6-8 years of overall merchandising experience, including experience in Assistant Manager (AM) role
- Strong exposure to Bulk merchandising preferred
- Ability to effectively present and market to customers
- Experience in closely collaborating with customer QA teams
- Hands-on experience with systems such as SAP and GT Nexus
- High proficiency in Advanced Excel
- Ability to challenge the status quo and drive new process improvements
