Sr Manager, Strategy and Business Development

Masimo is seeking a highly analytical, results-oriented leader to join its Strategy & Business Development team, shaping long-term growth strategy and driving execution across key strategic priorities.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years of experience in strategy, business development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
• Strong financial modeling and valuation experience (DCF, comparables, IRR/ROIC analysis)
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting M&A transactions or strategic partnerships
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment
