Requirements
- 10+ years in marketing, product management, CRM, consulting, or digital transformation, ideally in financial services/payments
- Proven success in designing and scaling CRM-driven lifecycle marketing programs
- Strong product/solution management background
- Deep knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, personalization platforms
- Commercial acumen with P&L experience
