Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Account Management to lead national key accounts in the development and growth of its consumer credit, commercial, and debit portfolios. The successful candidate will leverage Mastercard’s systems, intellectual, and commercial assets to grow Mastercard’s share of accounts, gross domestic value, and revenue.
Requirements
- Lead customer business development activities and business development team
- Build long-term relationships with clients to guarantee Mastercard’s penetration within different portfolios
- Design, develop, and lead the account business by understanding and knowing payments industry trends, players, products, technologies, etc.
- Increase Mastercard’s relevance in accounts through customized solutions
- Ensure portfolio performance meets annual targets by managing its lifecycle
- Lead teams on his/her responsibility through ensuring performance, development, coaching, and growth
- Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices
