Vice President, Revenue Operations

Role Overview

Mastercard is seeking a Vice President, Revenue Operations to lead the Operations segment of the Revenue Accounting Services organization. The role will drive the evolution of Revenue Operations through change management, stakeholder engagement, process and governance maturity, automation and AI adoption, and enterprise knowledge management.

The VP will define and execute the multi-year strategic roadmap for Revenue Operations, provide oversight across all operational verticals, and drive cultural transformation, stakeholder alignment, and sustainable adoption frameworks.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading billing or revenue operations organizations within a global enterprise or financial services environment
• Proven success driving large-scale organizational transformation
• Executive-level stakeholder management expertise
• Deep knowledge of process governance, operational risk management, controls frameworks, and compliance structures at enterprise scale
• Strategic fluency in automation and AI
• Strong foundation in knowledge management and enablement
• Exceptional analytical skills
• Outstanding communication skills
• End-to-end billing lifecycle experience
