Trainee Performance Marketing Paid Social

Role Overview

As a 12-month trainee, you will learn how to work with customers and design and implement social media ads campaigns. You will develop strategies for some of the most exciting and rapidly growing brands on the market.

What You Will Do

Your tasks include ad placement, campaign control and optimization, preparing campaign results, creating campaign documentation, analyzing and optimizing campaigns using common KPIs, and creating reports and deriving recommendations for clients.

Requirements

• Completed degree in media, marketing, communication, etc. or equivalent experience
• Strong affinity for digital media and current trends

• Self-reliant and responsible working style
• Strong hands-on mentality
• Very good German (C1) and English skills (B2) in writing and speaking
