Role Overview
The Sales & Operations Planning Data Analyst will interface with various Directions and be responsible for strategic business plan analysis, data tracking, and KPI support.
What You Will Do
The role involves analyzing data, tracking changes, and conducting what-if simulations, as well as reporting and supporting the selection of the S&OP tool.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst in the S&OP, Supply Chain or Demand Planning field
- Preferred knowledge of at least one advanced S&OP tool
- Technical skills: Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI) and ERP systems (SAP ECC and preferably SAP 4 HANA – PPM and PP modules)
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian language and the English language (written and spoken)
- Preferred knowledge of the French language
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude in high-precision contexts
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into strategic reports for stakeholders
