Senior Director, Accounting Systems & Finance Transformation

Role Overview

The Senior Director, Accounting Systems & Finance Transformation serves as the strategic business owner for the Company’s controllership systems portfolio, leading the implementation, governance, optimization, and long-term ownership of the Company’s Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform.

Key responsibilities include Oracle EPM implementation & product leadership, controllership systems strategy & governance, accounting systems operations & support, accounting process & controls leadership, transformation & automation, and leadership & talent development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• 12+ years of progressive experience in Accounting, Financial Systems, Finance Transformation, or related disciplines
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing teams and enterprise-wide initiatives
• Demonstrated experience leading Oracle EPM implementations, finance systems transformations, or comparable enterprise finance technology initiatives
• Strong understanding of financial close, consolidation, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Experience leading system governance, testing, support, and enhancement delivery functions
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional programs and influence executive stakeholders
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
