Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager – HW Technology to manage and develop commercial relationships with retail clients, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and the quality of the service offered.

What You Will Do

Manage and develop client portfolio, conduct commercial negotiations, negotiate commercial agreements, analyze market data, and collaborate with internal functions.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development in the sale of hardware products to retail and GDO clients
  • Experience in relationships with IT and security departments, as well as with buyers
  • Essential knowledge of the GDO/Retail sector
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
  • Ability to work in Italy
  • Regular travel availability for about 60-70% of the time
  • Bachelor’s degree in economic, managerial, or technical disciplines
  • Previous experience in commercial roles, preferably in the technology systems sector, automation solutions, or related field
  • Good knowledge of the English language
