Training & Enablement Manager

Role Overview

The Training and Enablement Manager is responsible for developing and delivering training and optimization programs that involve complex or critical business processes and systems. This role will collaborate with Implementation, Customer Success, and Product Management to create exceptional user experiences and success.

Develops and delivers training programs, maintains and edits deliverables, evaluates program effectiveness, and utilizes technology to ensure high-quality training programs.

Requirements

• Demonstrates subject matter expertise in our product, value proposition, industry and best practices to drive customers’ success on our platform
• Develops MDaudit client facing and internal training collateral
• Designs and coordinates product-related trainings, including new features and simulation activities in a demo environment
• Implements training programs for all level of staff within our client organizations
• Conducts needs assessments, formulates project plans, analyzes and identifies methodologies to improve existing training offerings and materials as necessary
• Maintains, edits, and customizes deliverables, including lesson plans, user guides, instructor guides, and self-paced learning materials
• Coordinates various aspects of the training process, such as logistics, scheduling, equipment and attendance
• Evaluates program effectiveness via class evaluations and analytics
• Utilizes technology to ensure the delivery of high quality, interactive training programs as the company grows and scales
• Collaboration with Product, Implementation and Customer Success Teams
• Manages and leads the content development for annual User Group Conference and Training Academy
• Delivers and designs topics/framework for the services in alignment with goals at a regular cadence
• Works closely with the Implementation team to provide onsite training for customers
• Travels onsite for various MDaudit customer trainings
• Manages client book of business with no oversight
• Designs and delivers classrooms, workshops, and optimizations based on organizational needs
• Maintains the LEARN LMS platform
• Train new staff members
