Data Analyst

Role Overview

Mears Housing Management is looking for a Data Analyst to help deliver the Property Management Platform (PMP), a transformation programme for the Asylum Accommodation & Support Services Contract (AASC). The Data Analyst will help turn PMP data into clear insight, support better data quality, stronger reporting, benefits tracking and more confident operational decision-making.

What You Will Do

Collect, organise, analyse and interpret programme data. Identify issues, trends, risks and insights to support decision-making. Develop reports, dashboards and KPI information. Support data validation, reconciliation and quality assurance.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Experience analysing, validating and reporting on complex, multi-layered operational or project data. Strong SQL skills are essential, with practical experience writing queries and working across multiple SQL views.

Requirements

• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Skilled in the use of VBA & PowerBI
• Ability to identify trends, data quality issues and root causes
• Existing Security Clearance is a preference
• Central government or repairs and maintenance experience
• Operational exposure and understanding
