Role Overview

The Associate Sales Enablement Specialist develops and executes strategies to provide the sales organization with information, content, expertise, and tools to help salespeople sell more effectively. This role optimizes buyer interactions to build pipelines, relationships, and opportunities, and improves communication. The Specialist creates and delivers content, information, and tools to prepare sellers to deliver on company business goals.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities may include developing and executing strategies, creating and delivering content, using sales metrics to identify effective sales strategies, continually evaluating and deploying new and improved deployment methods, and interacting with other departments to ensure adequate support to the sales and marketing functions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience in sales enablement or sales support
  • Associate’s Degree with 1+ year(s) experience
  • Baccalaureate Degree with relevant experience
