Role Overview
As Regional Sales Manager based on the east coast, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, leading & coaching the team of Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists. You will be part of the CardioVascular Surgery (CVS) group, which advances cardiac care by partnering with cardiothoracic, and cardiac physicians, perfusionists and the broader care team.
What You Will Do
Plans, directs, and monitors the activities of a sales team within a specified region/district/geography to achieve established sales targets. Develops and/or implements business strategies for existing and potential accounts.

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree is required, an Advanced degree is desirable
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales and leadership experience
- Advanced knowledge and skills within the sales discipline
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Leadership experience or capability in leading, managing and coaching a team
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Is creative and adaptable with the ability to effectively coach and lead in a rapidly changing environment
- Is intellectually curious and understands the responsibility of continuous learning
- Willingness to travel as required
