Role Overview
Manage end-to-end product renewal and expansion to existing SMB clients, work closely with internal team to create and execute marketing campaigns, and handle administrative duties.
What You Will Do
Conduct product demonstrations, gather feedback from clients, and provide input on the product roadmap.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from any major
- Min 1 year of experience as Sales/Business Development/Account Executive/Account Manager or related roles in SaaS/Tech company
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft & Gsuite)
- Comfortable and confident speaking to mid-level and senior executives
- Excellent problem solving & analytical skills
- Able to multitask & good time management
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Continuously updated with current business trends
- Able to work under pressure
- Background in accounting and/or ERP software would be preferable
