Role Overview
The Salesforce Administrator keeps the platform healthy, secure, and continuously improving, and is a driving force behind how we extend it with automation and AI.
What You Will Do
Own day-to-day administration, partner with the developer on larger build work, and help lead our adoption of Agentforce, CData Connect AI, and automation that removes manual effort across the business.

Requirements
- 3 or more years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Deep command of declarative tools: Flows, permission sets, validation rules, record types, reports, and dashboards
- Experience administering a complex, heavily customized org, and comfort reading and debugging existing Apex and automations
- Strong data management skills, with a high attention to detail and a bias toward data integrity
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business needs into platform solutions
