As an integral member of the Analytics Team, the Lead Technical Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for providing technical expertise in analytics toolsets to support business decisions. The role involves working with customers across the organization to provide analytical tools and insights, leading projects to design, develop, and implement high-level analytic tools, and mentoring other team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, data science, business administration, statistics, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience collaborating with customers on analytics deliverables
- Expert proficiency with analytics tools such as Tableau, Spotfire, Sisense, Qlik, and Microsoft PowerBI
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to lead projects and teams independently to deliver results
