Senior People Growth Catalyst – Product

Role Overview

As Senior People Growth Catalyst for Product, you will help develop the leadership, team structures, and people practices that support Mentimeter’s next phase of growth. You will join the Product leadership team, bringing a people perspective to decisions about team structure, leadership, performance, and the capabilities needed next.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include shaping Product’s people priorities, helping the organisation evolve, supporting performance and growth across Product, strengthening leadership, turning insight into action, creating productive leadership conversations, and guiding complex people matters.

You will be embedded in Product and part of the People Growth team within People & Culture, reporting to the People Growth Director. You will work with leaders to understand what is working, identify where you can do better, and turn those insights into lasting improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years in HR/People, including senior HRBP or People Partner experience working closely with product and engineering leadership in product-led tech companies.
• Experience across different product organisation setups, including helping an organisation adapt through growth or change.
• Strong practical expertise in performance management, calibration, development, and salary reviews across different crafts and career tracks.
• Experience translating business priorities into organisational design, workforce planning, and talent decisions.
• Strong coaching and facilitation skills, with the confidence and judgment to challenge senior leaders constructively.
• Solid knowledge of Swedish labour law and experience supporting organisational change, including MBL consultation processes.
• Clear communication in English and the ability to make complex people topics understandable and useful to different audiences.
• Practical experience using data and AI to improve how you work.
