Mention Me is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of 30+ SMB and mid-market accounts, driving adoption, spotting risk, and identifying growth opportunities. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing SaaS role, is proactive, and can build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Own a portfolio of 30+ SMB and mid-market accounts
  • Drive product adoption and customer engagement
  • Manage escalations professionally and urgently
  • Monitor product usage and identify underutilization
  • Run training sessions and check-in calls
  • Maintain clear success plans for each account
  • Own renewal outcomes and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Reduce churn by building scalable processes
  • Gather and consolidate customer feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of customer activity and health scores
