Requirements
- Own a portfolio of 30+ SMB and mid-market accounts
- Drive product adoption and customer engagement
- Manage escalations professionally and urgently
- Monitor product usage and identify underutilization
- Run training sessions and check-in calls
- Maintain clear success plans for each account
- Own renewal outcomes and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Reduce churn by building scalable processes
- Gather and consolidate customer feedback
- Maintain accurate records of customer activity and health scores
