What You Will Do
The role involves constructing scenarios, building tasks, and developing multi-country leave, benefits, and compliance scenarios. The specialist will also design enterprise total rewards programs and author tasks on DEI programs.

- Familiarity with Fortune 500 compensation philosophy, equity programs, and regulatory environments
