Mercor is seeking a People Operations Specialist to join their team. The role involves constructing scenarios across enterprise talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, and workforce planning at Fortune 500 scale. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, Total Rewards, or Talent at a Fortune 500 or large public company.
What You Will Do
The People Operations Specialist will build tasks involving enterprise HRIS at 5K+ to 50K+ employee scale, develop multi-country leave, benefits, and compliance scenarios, and design enterprise total rewards programs.
