Role Overview

As a Sales Operations Specialist – AI, you will be responsible for evaluating the quality of business and sales operations knowledge work tasks and model outputs, identifying missing behaviors, thin reasoning, and flawed assumptions, and writing high-quality instruction specs and producing golden solutions to operations problems.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing challenging operations tasks and evaluation sets, collaborating with the research team to build domain-specific skills and tools, and working with client researchers and specialists to maintain consistent standards.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of substantive ownership of a business, revenue, or sales operations function

  • Specialization in areas like sales operations, revenue operations, CRM systems, or business analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
  • Hands-on use of large language models and ability to discern well-reasoned answers

Benefits

  • Compensation: $60–$100/hour
  • 40 hours/week commitment
  • 6-month engagement
