At MERGE, we are looking for a Marketing Operations Change Strategist to drive end-to-end change management strategy for enterprise-level marketing operations initiatives, ensuring successful service delivery and high user adoption. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in change management or organizational development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing direct reports.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and build deep trust with CMOs and C-suite stakeholders
- Ability to use data and feedback to pivot strategies and demonstrate the tangible impact of change initiatives
- Working familiarity with AI tools and their organizational implications
