The successful candidate will have telecom experience, a bachelor’s degree, and 3+ years of customer service experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Telecommunications or related field
- 3+ years in customer service or related experience
- Fixed Line experience
- Telecom experience (REQUIRED) with hosted PBX preferred
