Role Overview
Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing and delivering effective front-end operations and expectations. Lead the omnichannel processes and maintain store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.
What You Will Do
Assist Store Manager, lead the execution of class and in-store events, manage and execute shrink and safety programs, assist with cash reconciliation and bank deposits, and train and coach the customer experience team.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Retail management experience preferred. Ability to remain standing for long periods of time, move throughout the store, and lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
